Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions on CCNA topics including networking fundamentals, IP connectivity, IP services, security fundamentals, and automation.
- Design lesson plans, training materials, and hands-on lab exercises aligned with Cisco standards.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and doubt clarification to students throughout the course.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest Cisco technologies and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling and reporting.
- Maintain professional discipline and foster an engaging learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Valid CCNA certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in teaching/training CCNA or networking courses.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher-level Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are an added advantage.
- Experience with network simulation tools (Packet Tracer, GNS3, etc.).
- Prior experience in academic institutions or corporate training.
