Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and various contracts.
- Advise founders and business teams on corporate, commercial, and pre-litigation matters.
- Develop legal processes and controls while managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
Requirements
- LLB from a reputed institute.
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with law firm exposure.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
