Field Sales & Marketing Executive – GRAMIN FARM
GRAMIN FARM is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executives to promote our products in the local market. The role involves shop-to-shop and door-to-door visits to introduce our products, build retailer relationships, generate orders, and grow sales.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Visit grocery stores, retailers, wholesalers, and potential customers.
Promote and explain GRAMIN FARM products.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Take orders and follow up with retailers.
Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and distributors.
Identify new sales opportunities in the assigned area.
Collect customer and market feedback.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain basic records of visits, leads, and orders.
*Requirements:*
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Energetic, hardworking, and target-oriented.
Comfortable with travelling and field work.
Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000/month + performance-based incentives.
