Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our lead generation and business development efforts. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and online research, and building a strong prospect pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online platforms.
- Research target companies, key decision-makers, and relevant contacts.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting activities.
- Verify and update contact information to ensure data accuracy.
- Support outreach campaigns by providing high-quality leads to the business development team.
- Track daily lead generation activities and maintain reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Online Research.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Good understanding of B2B prospecting and lead research.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
