Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate to manage customer interactions, ensure excellent service experience, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with service inquiries, bookings, and support requests
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM systems
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Achieve customer satisfaction and operational KPIs
- Follow company policies, communication standards, and quality guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any regional language
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work from office in Bangalore
