We’re reaching out with an exciting job opportunity for the role of Accountant Asst. with our company, Qanswer Greentech Pvt. Ltd. We are in search of a skilled and experienced accountant who possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts, along with a strong knowledge of Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tally Management: Perform daily data entry in Tally, including purchase orders, purchase entries, expense recording, bank entries, and journal vouchers.
2. Banking Coordination: Act as the point of contact for routine bank tasks, document submission, and coordination with bank representatives.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
4. General Support: Assist the accounting team with month-end activities, filing, and administrative compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts.
2. Strong knowledge of Tally accounting software.
3. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
4. Proven experience in preparing financial statements and reconciliation.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
7. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks.
