What You'll Be Doing
Generate Opportunities
Identify and engage potential clients through digital platforms, property portals, social
media, referrals, networking events, and outbound calling.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Research potential buyers, investors, and emerging market opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
Turn Conversations Into Connections
Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
Present project highlights, pricing, and investment opportunities with confidence.
Schedule meetings, virtual presentations, and site visits for the sales team.
Own the Follow-Up Game
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Track every client interaction and monitor lead progress.
Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and build lasting relationships.
Prepare daily and weekly lead performance reports.
Connect the Right Clients
Assess buying intent and investment readiness.
Identify serious buyers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Ensure a smooth handover to the sales consultants.
Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients and investors.
Be Part of the Bigger Picture
Support open houses, exhibitions, networking events, and client engagement activities.
Coordinate with channel partners and referral networks.
Assist in executing high-impact lead generation campaigns.

We'd Love to See
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or
real estate sales support.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is an added advantage.
