Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor / Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain sales, inventory, hygiene, and operational standards. The candidate will lead the team, monitor performance, and ensure smooth functioning of the store while following company SOPs and business goals.
Key Responsibility :
- Manage daily store operations, opening, and closing procedures.
- Supervise store staff including butchers, helpers, and cashiers.
- Monitor sales, billing, cash handling, and deposits.
- Maintain stock availability, receiving, storage, and product display.
- Control wastage, shrinkage, and stock loss.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and store cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer queries and ensure quality service.
- Train, guide, and monitor staff performance and discipline.
- Prepare daily reports and track store KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit standards.
Required skills:
- Mandatory English communication
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) background preffered
