Night Shift (US Process)
Job Responsibilities:
*Build relationships with carriers and shippers.
* Negotiate freight rates and book loads.
* Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery.
* Track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
* Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
* Communicate professionally with customers and carriers.
* Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Freight Brokerage.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
* Strong negotiation and sales skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability to work night shifts.
