- Handle OPD billing for consultations
- Generate and verify Bills as per services rendered
- Manage payments via cash, card, and digital modes
- Welcome and guide patients to appropriate departments or consultants
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, diagnostics, and pharmacy teams
- Assist in appointment bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups
- Address patient queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation
- Maintain proper records in billing/HIS systems as per hospital standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
