Job Overview:
ZFORB International is looking for energetic, confident, and travel-enthusiastic individuals for the role of Holiday Sales Advisor. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and explaining the company’s travel products, memberships, and holiday services to potential clients and generating sales through direct interaction and promotional activities.
This role involves travelling to different locations for company promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Candidates must be open to frequent travel and stay arrangements whenever required for official event purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote ZFORB travel memberships, holiday packages, and travel-related services to clients.
- Attend and manage promotional events conducted by the company at various locations.
- Meet clients face-to-face at promotional tables/events and close sales directly.
- Explain company products, offers, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for customer follow-ups and closures.
- Maintain professionalism and product knowledge during client interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident personality with strong sales and closing abilities.
- Comfortable with direct client interaction and face-to-face sales.
- Open to travelling for events and official assignments.
- Comfortable with outstation stays whenever required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling is preferred.
