Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Participate in tenders, GeM bids, and government procurement opportunities where applicable.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales, facility management, manpower supply, security services, housekeeping services, or government tender business will be an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare business proposals and tender documents.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Reporting To: Director / General Manager
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
