Responsibilities:
- Lead HR team and oversee daily HR operations
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Oversee benefits, compensation, and HRIS
- Ensure legal compliance and policy updates
- Support leadership with HR strategy and organizational development
Pay: ₹15,527.40 - ₹60,000.00 per month
