Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gudur, Andhra Pradesh, India for a Cluster Manager at DropX Logistics. The Cluster Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple delivery hubs within the assigned region.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Experience supervising teams or leading operational units
- Excellent logistical planning and resource optimization skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations
- Prior exposure to Amazon EDSP or DSP operations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stations and field teams
- Proven experience managing operational KPIs and P&L
- Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant industry software and technology-driven environments
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
