Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support and evolve a suite of digital products across web and mobile platforms. This role involves maintaining, enhancing, and scaling multiple web platforms and mobile applications in a production environment.
You will work across the full stack, contributing to both frontend and backend systems, while also helping introduce AI-driven capabilities to improve existing services and user experiences.
This is a full-time role requiring working hours aligned with US Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). The position is well-suited for candidates based in India who are comfortable working night shifts to collaborate closely with US-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and enhance multiple web platforms and mobile applications
- Develop and implement new features across web (Django + React/Next.js) and mobile (React Native) platforms
- Improve existing services by optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability
- Integrate AI/ML-driven features and capabilities into existing products
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration across systems
- Manage deployments and infrastructure using Docker and AWS ECS
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and mobile environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional and US-based teams during EST working hours
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation
- Continuously improve architecture, development workflows, and system performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack or web application development
- Proven experience building and maintaining full-stack applications in production
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Python and Django framework for backend development
- Proficiency in React and Next.js for modern frontend development
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience with React Native for mobile application development
- Hands-on experience with Docker containers
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda preferred)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
Good to Have Skills
- Experience integrating or working with AI/ML APIs or frameworks
- Familiarity with additional AWS services (S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Understanding of application security best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
