Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative and client coordination responsibilities. The candidate will assist senior management, handle contracts and documentation, maintain records, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Handle Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, and Journal entries.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and statutory records.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and account reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with CA and auditors for compliance activities.
Administration
- Manage office administration and documentation.
- Maintain contracts, agreements, and company records.
- Assist senior management in administrative tasks and reporting.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, contracts, payments, and service updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
