We are looking for a skilled Tekla Modeler with strong experience in stick modeling for structural steel projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, drawings, and supporting fabrication and detailing workflows using Tekla Structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D structural models using stick modeling approach in Tekla Structures.
- Interpret structural drawings, GA drawings, and design inputs.
- Create and maintain model accuracy, alignment, and proper member connectivity.
- Generate GA drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with detailers, engineers, and project teams.
- Perform model checks, clash detection, and quality control.
- Update models based on revisions and markups.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures.
- Good understanding of stick modeling concepts (line modeling for structural members).
- Knowledge of steel structures (connections, members, detailing basics).
- Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
- Familiarity with codes and standards (AISC, IS, BS, etc.).
- Good coordination and communication skills.
