Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with cake and bakery product selections.
- Take customer orders accurately, both in-store and over the phone.
- Generate bills and process cash, card, UPI, and other payments.
- Handle takeaway orders and ensure products are packed properly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/bakery team for customer orders.
- Manage cake orders, customizations, pickups, and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the counter.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate billing and daily sales records.
- Check product availability and inform customers about available options.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
