Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and workshops
- Understand business processes and operational challenges
- Prepare BRDs, trackers, SOPs, and process documentation
- Coordinate between business users and technical teams
- Track implementation progress and follow up on action items
- Assist in ERPNext implementation projects
- Participate in AI, MIS, and digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to understand business processes quickly
- Experience with ERP, MIS, CRM, or business applications
- Comfortable speaking with Finance, Operations, HR, and Management teams
- Excellent follow-up and ownership mindset

- Finance or accounting exposure
- MBA / BBA / B.Com background
- Experience preparing BRDs and process flows
