L.P. Savani Academy, Vesu is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and well-organized CCA Coordinator to lead and manage the school’s co-curricular and performing arts programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all school events and activities while overseeing departments including Art & Craft, Music, Dance, and other performing arts areas.
The CCA Coordinator will ensure smooth functioning of all cultural, artistic, and event-based activities that contribute to students’ holistic development and the school’s vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all co-curricular activities and school events throughout the academic year.
- Coordinate annual functions, cultural programs, competitions, exhibitions, assemblies, celebrations, and special events.
- Manage and guide Art & Craft Teachers, Music Teachers, Dance Teachers, and all staff associated with performing arts and activities.
- Prepare annual CCA calendars and event schedules in coordination with school management.
- Ensure smooth execution of rehearsals, stage management, event logistics, decorations, and student participation.
- Encourage student participation in inter-school and intra-school competitions and activities.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of co-curricular programs and provide guidance to activity teachers.
- Coordinate costumes, props, music arrangements, stage setup, and other event-related requirements.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper functioning during practices and events.
- Work closely with academic coordinators and teachers to ensure balanced student participation.
- Support the Principal and management in organizing official school functions and public events.
- Maintain records, reports, photographs, and documentation of school events and achievements.
- Ensure safety measures and proper supervision during all activities and events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferred in Performing Arts, Event Management, Education, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school event management, co-curricular coordination, or activity supervision.
- Experience in handling cultural programs, stage events, and performing arts activities in a school environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and event execution.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools, presentations, and school ERP systems will be preferred.
