Job Summary
Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Team Lead – Engineering | Python to lead and manage our Engineering Team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for team management, Python-based technical implementation, engineering projects, research-oriented technical work, and project documentation. The role requires a technically capable professional who can independently handle implementation tasks while also guiding and managing the Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Engineering Team and oversee day-to-day technical activities.
- Assign, monitor, and review tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Work on Python development, programming, and technical implementation.
- Understand project requirements and develop practical technical solutions.
- Handle engineering and research-oriented technical projects.
- Guide team members in Python, technical implementation, and project-related activities.
- Review technical work and ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Support team members in resolving technical challenges and project issues.
- Handle and review technical reports, research documents, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding project progress, team performance, and deliverables.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance whenever required.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are maintained.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and development.
- Hands-on understanding of Python-based technical implementation.
- Good understanding of engineering and technical concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, guide, and manage a technical team.

Educational Qualification
M.Tech is mandatory.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in research or teaching.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Python, engineering projects, technical implementation, research projects, or academic projects will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable taking both individual technical responsibilities and team leadership responsibilities.
