Role Overview
As a Tele caller, you will be at the forefront of the "Digital Lending Revolution," focusing on driving sales through outbound outreach and managing the customer acquisition process for financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Actively reach out to potential customers to pitch financial products.
Lead Qualification: Filter and identify high-quality leads from the provided database.
Product Explanation: Clearly communicate the features and benefits of digital lending products.
Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and hurdles professionally to close deals.
Target Achievement: Work consistently toward meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
Persuasion: Proven ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
