Night Shift 20:30 Hrs. ~ 06:30 Hrs. (Work from Office)
Role & Responsibilities:
Taking of both Inbound and Outbound calling.
· Night Shift Voice Process,
· Collaborating with team-members.
· Customer service executive,
· Voice customer support.
· Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquiries.
Skills Required:
· Ability to speak English accurately and clearly.
· Required Candidate profile Few years of Call Center experience is ideal for this role.
· Freshers or Experienced candidates who can speak multiple regional languages are preferred - Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam
· Experience in any industry is okay.
· Candidates must be able to talk friendly.
