Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Explain product/services and close sales deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain records of client visits and sales reports.
- Follow up with customers for payments and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate and Diploma
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and travelling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
