Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Barista to join our café team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining café hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and handle billing/POS.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and café.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
- Restock ingredients and café supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and recommend menu items.
- Support opening and closing café operations.
Requirements
- 10th/12th Pass or above.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; prior café or restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts and weekends.
