Operate chemical reactors and related process equipment as per production requirements. Handle batch manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to batch specifications. Monitor reaction parameters such as temperature, pressure, and mixing during production. Charge raw materials into reactors as per batch instructions and process requirements. Maintain production records, batch sheets, and process logs. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standard operating practices. Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, and Store departments for smooth plant operations. Identify process abnormalities and report them to the Production Incharge. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the plant area. Assist in reducing process losses and improving operational efficiency.
ITI / Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Fitter, Process Operator, or related trade preferred. • 2–6 years of experience in chemical plant operations, reactor handling, or batch manufacturing processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
