As Assistant Operations Manager, you'll keep the engine running at full throttle by driving efficient supply chain planning and execution. Partner closely with co-packers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure flawless operations, optimize performance, and deliver results within budget.
- Assist management of operational requirements for new product launches.
- Collaborate with management of new plant setup process and on overall execution of production planning.
- Promote the achievement of the overall demand and production plan goals for the territory.
- Identify and develop solutions for gaps in current production and supply network.
- Determine methods in process improvements for cost refinements across the network.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure supply chain has best pricing and minimize redundancy.
- Interact with other departments on product commercialization.
- Act jointly with accounting departments and strategy partners to establish product cost of goods.
Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of
- -Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or similar field of study.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics experiences, beverage industry preferred.
- Computer skills: SAP experience preferred. Advanced in Microsoft office applications.
- Additional Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities to be successful in this role: Lean Manufacturing Experience preferred.
