We are looking for a confident, polite and responsible office executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, assisting walk in customers, managing billing and supporting day to day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist customers with product information, orders, bookings, and follow-ups.
Manage billing and payment records.
Maintain customer and sales records accurately.
Handle office documentation, filing, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Perform other administrative and office-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, billing software, email).
Good typing and data entry skills.
Politete, well spoken, and customer friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
