About We Do Effects
We Do Effects is a UK-based creative marketing agency specializing in digital marketing, video production, branding, and social media management. Since 2019, our video production team in India has been creating high-quality content for businesses across the UK, helping brands grow through creative storytelling and strategic marketing.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead client accounts, manage creative teams, and deliver outstanding results for multiple UK-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple UK client accounts simultaneously.
* Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Create monthly content calendars and marketing plans.
* Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, content writers, photographers, and other creative team members.
* Review and approve creative content before publishing.
* Schedule and publish content while ensuring consistency and quality.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports for clients.
* Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
* Attend client meetings when required and maintain professional communication.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.
Requirements
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a marketing agency.
* Proven experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
* Experience leading and coordinating creative teams.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and social media analytics.
* Ability to work independently from home while meeting deadlines.
* Experience working with UK clients will be an added advantage.
