Job Overview -
As a Full-Time Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes quickly and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Culinary Expertise (Required Cuisines) -
We are looking for a versatile chef capable of handling a diverse menu. Candidates must be proficient in preparing:
Korean Cuisine (Traditional dishes, street food, and modern fusion flavors)
Indian Cuisine (North Indian, South Indian, and local Assamese delicacies)
Chinese Cuisine (Popular Indo-Chinese and authentic Asian style dishes)Continental / Fast Food (Appetizers, snacks, and café favorites)
Key Responsibilities -
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
Manage food preparation processes efficiently to ensure quick service in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen area at all times.
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of professional cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Skills: Exceptional culinary skills with a deep understanding of preparing high-quality food.
Efficiency: Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attitude: Strong professional attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to personal hygiene.
