This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram ( SV TVS ). The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and manage the sales team, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, building and maintaining customer relationships, implementing sales plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to align production, delivery, and support processes with sales goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
