· Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
· Assist in creating detailed job descriptions and customized recruitment strategies for various roles.
· Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
· Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
· Schedule interviews, collect feedback from interview panels, and maintain timely communication with candidates.
· · Prepare HR-related letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other employee communications.
· Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and maintain HR documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
