Position: Sales Officer – Secured Business Loans (SBL - J1)

Salary : 3.2 to 3.8 LPA
Role Objective
The Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing and managing Secured Business Loan (SBL) / Micro LAP business for self‑employed individuals, traders, and small business owners through direct sourcing channels, while ensuring portfolio quality, compliance, and timely disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sourcing Source Secured Business Loan (SBL) / Micro LAP cases through direct sourcing methods such as field visits, market mapping, and local references.
Identify potential customers including self‑employed professionals, traders, and small business owners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property brokers, chartered accountants, shop owners, and local business networks to generate quality leads. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s presence in the assigned geography. Target Achievement Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and disbursement targets in line with business goals. Track daily activities, pipeline movement, logins, sanctions, and disbursements to ensure timely closures. Customer Engagement Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable secured business loan solutions. Guide customers through the end‑to‑end loan process including documentation, property evaluation, application formalities, and disbursement.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 1+ year of experience in LAP / Micro LAP / Secured Business Loans / Mortgage Loans with reputed NBFCs or Banks.
Strong understanding of secured lending products, documentation, and local market dynamics.
Age Criteria: 25 to 32 years
Sourcing Types: Direct / DSA / Connector,
Preferably from Banking or NBFC background

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
