Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and enroll eligible customers for JLG microfinance loans.
- Conduct group formation, center meetings, and customer verification.
- Support loan disbursement and collection activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and field procedures.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and fieldwork skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
