Job Overview
Responsible for Overall production activities and meeting scheduled targets. Compete knowledge of Induction motors, Alternators, DC machines and Control wiring.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for manufacturing activities, Workflow, assignment of activities and tracking.
2. Responsible for inventory control and manufacturing.
3. Chase up purchase for materials.
4. Preparation of day wise manufacturing schedule and adherence.
5. Responsible for Maintaining tracker for new product launch and ECR
6. Coordination with QA/QC/Purchase /Sales to ensure on time deliveries
7. Preparation of short-term and long-term production goal.
8. Responsible for KAIZEN improvement, Lean manufacturing ,5S.
9. Responsible for preparation of SOPs, Manuals and Work instructions.
10. Standard management of Quality systems and control plan.
11. Responsible for Plant maintenance and trouble shooting.
12. Implementation of Cost reduction projects and process improvements.
13. Setting of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. 14. Responsible for CAPA and External customer complaints.
Qualifications / Requirements / Minimum Experience
1. DEE/ B. Tech (EEE)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience.
3. Knowledge of Electrical machines and maintenance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
