Job Summary
M. R. Electricals (Project Division) is looking for a dynamic and process-oriented professional to lead the implementation and stabilization of the company's new ERP system while simultaneously strengthening HR, Accounts, Administration, and internal control processes.
The role will act as a bridge between management, ERP vendor, accounts team, project teams, stores, purchase, and HR department to ensure successful ERP implementation and adoption across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Process Automation
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation across Finance, Accounts, HR, Payroll, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, Assets, and Project Management functions.
- Coordinate with ERP vendor for system configuration, customization, testing, and Go-Live.
- Map existing business processes and convert them into ERP workflows.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process manuals.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment.
- Train employees and departments on ERP usage and compliance.
- Ensure data migration from Tally, Excel, and other systems into ERP.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, project-wise profitability reports, and management reports.
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Accounts & Finance
- Coordinate with accounts team for accurate accounting processes.
- Ensure proper chart of accounts, cost centers, and project-wise accounting structure in ERP.
- Monitor receivables, payables, project billing, advances, and cash flow reporting.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and management MIS.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and audit documentation.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
HR & Payroll Management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll systems.
- Implement biometric attendance and employee self-service modules in ERP.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop KPI, KRA, appraisal, and performance management systems.
- Coordinate employee training and ERP adoption programs.
Administration & Internal Controls
- Establish office administration systems and controls.
- Monitor office assets, vehicle management, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Implement document management and approval workflows.
- Strengthen internal controls and process compliance.
- Coordinate with branch offices and project sites for administrative requirements.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Develop dashboards for:
- Project-wise Profitability
- Receivables & Payables
- Inventory Status
- Employee Attendance & Productivity
- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Budget vs Actual Analysis
- Present progress reports to management regarding ERP implementation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR, Accounts, and Administration functions.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or ERP coordination.
- Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, MIS, and business process mapping.
- Understanding of project-based accounting and cost center accounting.
- Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliances, GST, and TDS.
- Strong coordination, training, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change management and process discipline.

Pay: ₹307,215.34 - ₹800,000.00 per year
