Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Operations) to manage and
execute engineering projects related to hose pipe manufacturing, oil & gas operations, and
industrial process improvements. The candidate will be responsible for project planning,
execution, cross-functional coordination, quality compliance, cost control, and timely
project delivery while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor engineering and operations projects from initiation to
completion.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and design teams
to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
and production lines.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project
milestones.
Ensure compliance with API, ISO, ASME, and customer-specific standards.
Prepare project documentation including schedules, reports, technical specifications,
and progress updates.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and customers for project requirements and
technical support.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure implementation of safety procedures during
project execution.
Troubleshoot engineering and operational issues to minimize downtime.
Support new product development and process optimization activities.
Participate in customer inspections, audits, and technical meetings.
Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and statutory
regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in Hose Pipe Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Industrial
Equipment, or Process Manufacturing.
Experience in project execution, manufacturing operations, and process
improvement.

Experience in hydraulic, industrial, or oil & gas hose manufacturing.
Exposure to pressure testing, rubber processing, reinforcement, extrusion, crimping,
or hose assembly operations.
Knowledge of API, ASTM, ISO, and customer quality standards.
Experience handling CAPEX projects and process automation.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,355,300.81 per year
