About the Role
TaskNera is looking for an experienced Identity Platform Engineer specializing in SailPoint to design, implement, maintain and automate enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SailPoint, IAM engineering, identity lifecycle automation and enterprise application integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain enterprise IAM and IGA platforms.
Configure and maintain SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
Build automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.
Implement provisioning and deprovisioning across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise applications.
Onboard applications using RBAC, Birthright Access and Request-based Access.
Integrate applications using APIs, SCIM, LDAP and Web Services.
Configure and troubleshoot SSO using SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
Develop and maintain SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows and policies.
Troubleshoot identity, access and provisioning issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Contribute to identity engineering standards, technical documentation and runbooks.
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of enterprise IAM engineering experience.
3+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience.
Strong experience with SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows and policies.
Hands-on experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation.
Experience with application onboarding, RBAC, Birthright Access and Request-based Access.
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC and directory synchronization.
Experience with provisioning and deprovisioning.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Current/Last CTC should be ₹11 LPA or above.
Notice period should not exceed 30 days.
Preferred
Experience creating technical runbooks and knowledge repositories.
Experience defining enterprise identity engineering standards.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
