IFABEX TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at our Dankuni facility. If you have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience with Tally and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations: Maintain day-to-day accounting records, journal entries, ledger postings and bank reconciliations.
Tally Management: Handle accounting activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
GST & Statutory Compliance: Assist in GST calculations, return preparation, TDS entries and other statutory compliance requirements.
Financial Documentation: Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, receipts and maintain proper financial documentation.
Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile customer and vendor accounts, bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, MIS reports and support audits as required.
Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, vendors and clients regarding financial and accounting matters.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Skills: Good understanding of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial record management.
Education: B.Com degree is the minimum educational qualification.
Preferred Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities and the capability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Remuneration
Salary: Competitive and Negotiable (Commensurate with experience and skill set).
