PRINTER SERVICE ENGINEER
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Barcode Printing Service Engineer to join our growing service team.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of barcode printers.
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of barcode printing systems.
- Repair and servicing of barcode printers at customer locations.
- Software installation, configuration, and operator training.
- Technical support for barcode printers, scanners, and label printing solutions.
- Prepare service reports and maintain customer service records.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- Experience in barcode printer servicing is preferred. Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and computer hardware.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service.
