Job Description – Computer Teacher
Position: Computer Teacher
Department: Academics
Location: GD Goenka Public School, Chhibramau, Farrukhabad
Reporting To: Principal / Academic Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science and Information Technology to students as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and conduct practical sessions in the computer lab.
- Develop students' skills in computer fundamentals, MS Office, coding, programming, internet safety, AI, and digital literacy.
- Assess students through assignments, projects, practicals, and examinations.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of computer lab equipment.
- Integrate technology into classroom teaching and support digital learning initiatives.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other academic activities.
Qualifications
- BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science)/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT)/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science).
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science, MS Office, Programming (Python/Java/C++), and Networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in smart classroom tools and educational technology.
- Ability to motivate students and create an engaging learning environment.
Preferred Candidate: A passionate and innovative educator with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality computer education while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and digital competence among students.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
