Flymedia Technology, a leading digital marketing company in Ludhiana, is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) Graduate / Passed Out
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment (Internship or Job)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Candidates must be from Ludhiana or nearby areas only
