Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal communication between departments and teams
- Draft and circulate official emails, notices, and announcements
- Coordinate with HR, marketing, and operations for smooth communication flow
- Handle external communication with clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure consistency in company messaging and brand tone
- Maintain records of communications and reports
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company updates
- Address employee queries and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in communication, coordination, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle professional emails and documentation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
