- Answer telephone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment records.
- Receive, verify, and organize immigration-related documents.
- Enter client information into computer systems accurately.
- Prepare, scan, print, and photocopy documents as required.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Draft letters, forms, and correspondence under supervision.
- Track application status and update client records.
- Handle data entry for visa, visitor visa, work permit, study permit, and permanent residency files.
- Manage office records while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Assist staff with administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain daily reports and office documentation.
- Follow office procedures and ensure accurate record keeping.
