Candidate Profile
● Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, or
Business Development.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong research, interpersonal, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
● Willingness to learn sales processes, prospecting, client acquisition, and IT services
sales strategies.
● Basic understanding of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Apollo.io, Upwork, Fiverr, Lusha, etc. will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Generate qualified leads and identify business opportunities through platforms such as
LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo.io, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.
● Conduct research on target companies and key decision-makers to build accurate
prospect lists.
● Reach out to potential clients via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
● Prepare and send professional proposals, bids, and client communication to secure
new projects.?
● Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
● Conduct initial requirement discussions with clients before involving the technical
team.
● Support the senior BDE/sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations,
and documentation.
● Work collaboratively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent research and analytical abilities.
● Ability to draft professional proposals and client communication.
● Familiarity with lead generation and freelancing platforms is a plus.

● Compensation: Based on experience, knowledge, and communication skills. No bar
for deserving candidates.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
