Join Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited to support APAC Analytics & Insights initiatives that inform leadership decisions across the region. As a Specialist, Project Management, you will help manage Global Delivery Network analytics, maintain reporting solutions, and translate business data into practical insights for planning and operations. This role combines dashboard development, data preparation, stakeholder coordination, and program support in a regional analytics environment.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Project Management on the APAC Analytics & Insights CoE team, you will be responsible for:

Designing, building, and maintaining Tableau dashboards to provide visibility into forecasted delivery-hour demand and actual hours consumed across Global Delivery Network delivery centers.

Developing and maintaining Tableau Prep Builder flows to cleanse, standardize, join, enrich, and transform source data for reporting and analytics use.

Applying business logic and calculations to estimate demand hours and revenue using sales, pipeline, and deal data across delivery center, geography, sector, offering, industry, deal size, stage, and period.

Managing dashboard publishing, refresh schedules, monitoring, and performance optimization while resolving data refresh issues, data quality issues, and calculation discrepancies.

Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate key performance indicators, support user adoption, and document datasets, logic, and reporting definitions.
The team
The team "APAC Analytics and Operations" provides insights into five major business units (Audit and Assurance, Strategy, Risk & Transactions, Tax & Legal, and Technology & Transformation) and their agile culture.
These business units significantly contribute to overall revenue. The goal is to establish a culture that prioritizes important regional aspects and aligns with Deloitte's priorities. This culture enables employees to act on regional opportunities that may require support.
The “Analytics & Insights CoE” team in Hyderabad supports Deloitte in the AP Region with financial reporting, data quality, analytics, PMO, market research, and more. We also manage opportunities pipeline and pursuit management. This team oversees consulting priorities, providing comprehensive information on pipelines and pursuits for efficient management of key opportunities in the ASIA PACIFIC region.
Additionally, we have other CoEs offering finance system support, IT services, business intelligence, risk management, and client contract management.

Qualifications
Required:

Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources

3-6 years of experience in business operations and data analysis

Experience developing dashboards in Tableau

Experience using Tableau Server for publishing, permissions, extracts, refresh schedules, monitoring, or troubleshooting

Experience building data preparation workflows in Tableau Prep Builder

Experience writing SQL queries for joins, validation, reconciliation, or analysis

Experience using business logic and calculations for forecasting, demand estimation, or revenue analysis

Experience supporting demand planning, pipeline analysis, or delivery center reporting
