JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a passionate and curious Research Associate -Technical Content Creator & Editor to join our R&D team. If you enjoy exploring new technologies, breaking down complex ideas, and turning them into engaging, easy-to-understand educational videos, this role is for you. You'll work closely with researchers and product teams to bring R&D outcomes, product innovations, technical concepts, to life through high-quality video content that informs, inspires, and empowers learners.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Write and produce educational video scripts covering R&D outcomes, technical concepts, technological programmatic videos
· Collaborate with content creators and researchers to turn technical scripts and storyboards into a clear ideation plan for video creation.
· Translate complex technical work into clear, structured documents suitable for engineering streams.
· Create and produce professional technical and info-graphical videos using industry-standard tools.
· Ensure all content meets high standards of technical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
· Maintain high standards of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and process compliance across all research activities.
· Demonstrate continuous growth by progressing from guided execution to independent accountability, contributing to strategic content creation and capability building.
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Proficient in video editing using industry-standard and AI-powered tools.
· Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual communication skills.
· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging educational videos.
· Basic understanding of engineering, programming, or emerging technologies.
· Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
