- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
