Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation across ITSM, ITOM, and TSM modules.
You will work on designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and ensuring smooth integration and performance across business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and TSM modules
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications
- Create scripts, workflows, and flow designer processes
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes
- Build Catalog Items, Reports, Dashboards, and Homepages
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules
- Perform issue analysis, debugging, and resolution
- Configure Notifications and Inbound Actions
- Customize tables, forms, and list layouts
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification mandatory
- Strong JavaScript/scripting skills
- Experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have
- CAD / CIS certifications in ServiceNow
- Experience with integrations and advanced ServiceNow development
- Continuous learning mindset
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
