1. Time & Attendance, Leave Management:
Ø Enrolling all the new joinees with Biometric System.
Ø Ensure the shift rostering upload at the beginning of the month.
Ø Weekly monitoring the attendance and communicating to the all the HOD's and streamlining the manning as per the organization requirement & shift rooster.
Ø Monitoring the unauthorized absenteeism.
Ø Initiating the legal proceedings against unauthorized absenteeism and completing the separation formalities as per the policy.
2. Payroll & Statutory:
Ø Validating the attendance data.
Ø Processing the payroll on time as stipulated.
Ø Coordinating with the corporate payroll team to pay the salary.
Ø Coordinating and providing necessary data to corporate payroll spoc for other payments i.e. locum, on call, allowances, leave encashment etc.
Ø Coordinating with the Statutory consultant for timely compliance as per the labour laws i.e. EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, Maternity Act, Gratuity Act etc in line with corporate payroll spoc.
Ø Ensure the timely payments of statutory i.e. EPF, ESI, PT, LWF etc in coordination with corporate payroll spoc.
Ø Timely submission of all MIS reports to management i.e. BRM, HR Dashboard, and Advisory Board requirements etc. as and when required.
Ø F&F of separated employees to be shared to corporate payroll spoc on timely basis.
Ø Group medical Insurance.
Ø Compensation & Benefits benchmarking.
